Built in Hyderabad.
For the world's airports.

NorthSky AERO is built by Sonido Labs Pvt Ltd, an Indian aviation software company headquartered in Hyderabad. We make enterprise SaaS for airports, sold to airport operators and national airport authorities.

An operator-led aviation company.

We started because the software airports use to listen to passengers is older than most of the passengers. Quarterly satisfaction reports are assembled on spreadsheets. Complaints take days to route. Surveyors photograph kiosks on their phones to escape the system they're supposed to be using.

NorthSky AERO is what we'd build if we were the operations team, with a green-field budget and no legacy to defend. An aviation AI platform — built airport-first, evaluated against aviation-specific data, deployed in weeks, hosted in-region.

We're an AI-first aviation company. We build airport-specific models — multilingual NLU, multimodal complaint AI, video understanding for airside, turnaround forecasting — and apply them across passenger experience, terminal flow, apron, runway safety, airside, and turnaround. One platform, one tenancy, one audit trail.

Our anchor customer is the Airports Authority of India. The first product — AeroFeedback — is live at two AAI pilot airports today and rolls out across AAI's 130+ owned airports through July and August 2026. The rest of the suite is on the same roadmap.

Four letters.
One platform.

◆ A · E · R · O
NOT A BRAND EXERCISE
EACH LETTER · ONE COMMITMENT

AERO is not a brand exercise. Each letter names an architectural commitment we wrote into the foundations — and that the platform has to keep proving, on every airport we deploy at.

A
Airports

Built where it matters.

Designed for the apron, the terminal, the airside, the runway, the tower — not retrofitted from generic enterprise software. Aviation-first models trained on aviation-specific data.

apron · terminal · airside · runway · tower
E
Edge

Compute at the gate.

Inference at the surface where the data is generated — across apron, terminal, runway, and taxiway. Connects the cameras, sensors, IoT devices, and the third-party systems already on site without forcing rip-and-replace.

cameras · sensors · IoT · 3rd-party systems
R
Real-time

As fast as the operation.

Event ingestion, AI classification, and decision surfacing measured in milliseconds — because turnaround windows, runway sweeps, and complaint SLAs don't wait for nightly batches.

events · classification · alerting · dashboards
O
Operations

Decisions, not dashboards.

The platform doesn't just show you what happened. It scores, classifies, predicts, and recommends — so the duty controller acts before the delay propagates and the regulator notices.

scoring · prediction · routing · reporting

Three operating principles.

◆ HOW WE WORK
WITH AIRPORTS & AUTHORITIES
PRINCIPLE 01

Tell the truth about stage.

Live products are labelled Live. Roadmap products are labelled Roadmap. We do not display certification logos we have not earned. Procurement teams should never be surprised by what they buy.

PRINCIPLE 02

Ship the operator, not the demo.

Every product starts from how an airport actually operates. Surveyor apps assume first-time smartphone users. Reports come out in the regulator's format. The pilot template becomes the network template.

PRINCIPLE 03

India first, world ready.

We built for AAI because India runs one of the world's largest airport networks at one of the world's most complex compliance bars. What works here generalises everywhere.

We're hiring.

Engineering, design, customer success — Hyderabad-based with travel to customer sites. If you've worked in or near aviation operations, we want to hear from you.
